Fatty Acid Methyl Esters (Biodiesel)

Fatty Acid Methyl Esters are created as a result of reaction of transesterification of vegetable oils or animal fat with methanol. With their physical-chemical properties they present ultimate alternative to diesel oil and can be used for feeding cars with self-ignition engines (diesel) as self-contained fuel or as fuel mixtures with diesel oil (B5, B20 etc).

In our plant we produce esters only rape oil based. In this case we speak of Rapeseed Methyl Ester, which are distinguished by the highest quality among such products, at the same time, meeting the highest requirements of European standard EN 14214.

RAW GLYCEROL
Glycerol is the main by-product of transesterification reaction. It is the simplest trihydrogen propylene alcohol. Raw glycerol is currently used in heat engineering (as a fuel for boilers), also in production of fertilizers and feed. Nowadays, raw glycerol is processed in order to extract refined glycerol of pharmaceutical quality.
REFINED GLYCEROL
Refined glycerol is made as a result of raw glycerol refining. For the production of refined glycerol it is explicitly used raw glycerol extracted from genetically non-modified rape oil. Refined glycerol is widely used in food and pharmaceutical industry.
FATTY ACIDS
Fatty acids are by-products of vegetable oils refining process. This product is widely used in number of industrial branches.
